1. Loading area
a) Automatic conveyor operated by chain drive for frame loading and transfers in the reclaiming chamber.
b) Automatic loading magazine with a capacity of 24 frames.
Very quick loading process. The frame is laid down without fastening and
master frame on an endless stainless steel screw.
Automatic lateral transfer toward the loading conveyor and transfer to the washing chamber.
Automatic operation stops when the magazine is empty.
2. Reclaiming chamber
Preferably operated with water based VARIOCLEAN A All-in-one chemistry
Two row interlocking, flexible scrapers at the chamber entry in order to avoid escaping cleaner aerosols in the working area.
Efficient All-in-one mix spraying through 4 stationary, vertical tubes equipped with large diameter opening nozzles supplied by a high capacity stainless steel pump.
Vertically rotating, conductive brush with adjustable rotational speed in order to intensify the cleaning effect and penetration of the sprayed chemistry.
Stainless steel filter unit between the spraying area and the solvent tank for separating of solids and residues from tapes etc.
Two row interlocking, flexible scrapers at the chamber outlet in order to avoid escaping cleaner aerosols and residues in the drop-off area.
Level indicator for automatic replenish of new cleaner mix to the maximum stock level. Alarm for minimum fill (dry run) and maximum fill level (overflow).
3. Liquid drip off area
Additional 150 cm chemical drip off section between the reclaiming and high pressure water chamber in order to collect further dripped of All-in-one mix and to avoid the backflow of high pressure water in the chemical tank.
A maintenance door allows the operator to check the cleaning effectiveness at every time.
4. High pressure and final rinsing area
a) First section - High pressure water spray
Efficient high pressure water spray for removing of ink and stencil residues in the second section. Double nozzle- holder bar with vertically moved nozzles supplied by 2 high pressure pumps of 5,5 kW.
Lower tank provided for the supply of the two high pressure pumps for stencil removing. Tank will be permanently filled with the used water from the final rinsing process.
Two row interlocking, flexible scrapers at the section outlet in order to avoid escaping contaminated high pressure water aerosols in the final rinsing area.
b) Second section - Final fresh water rinse
Second section chamber outlet for the final rinsing with 2 vertical tubes equipped with nozzles supply by tap water.
5. Off-loading area
a) Automatic conveyor operated by chain drive for frame off-loading.
Processing will be automatically stopped when frame will not removed by the operator.
b) Automatic off-loading magazine with a capacity of 24 frames.
The frame is laid down without fastening and master frame on an endless stainless steel screw ready for subsequent treatment.
Automatic operation stops when the magazine is full.
For easy and fast operation our machine is equipped with a central switching cabinet provided with an interactive color touch screen. With this one-of-a-kind programming device we can adjust u. a. following working parameters:
Speed of the working cycles
Rotational speed of the brush
Automatic top up of the chemistry
An additional modem link for remote maintenance to our factory guarantees competent around-the-clock service and monitoring.
Automatic device for supplying of water, cleaner and stripper concentrate
The particularly used VARIOCLEAN A All-in-one chemistry can be a mixture of 3 or 4 components. The formulation and mixing ratio depends on the used ink and stencil systems.
Generally, a mixture of cleaner concentrate (30 - 45% by volume), decoater concentrate (5 - 8 % by volume) and water (50 - 65% by volume) is commonly used. For special inks the addition of an Activator (10 - 15% by volume) to the working solution can be necessary.
For the filling of the chemical tank and the permanent automatic top up of the working solution a stainless steel cabinet with 4 adjustable dosing pumps are available. The pumps are supplied by water and chemistry containers equipped with automatic detection of pump dry.
Automatic control of the top up device is possible with two options:
Chemistry supply operated by floater when the liquid level is down.
Chemistry supply pre-selected by the operator with automatic start at each cycle.
Automatic incline filter device for the contaminated working solution
In order to increase the life time of the All-in-one chemistry the ink and emulsion contaminated working solution will be permanently filtered by a special incline filter device.
The incline filter will be feed by a pump and the filtered working solution flows back in the chemical tank.
With this unique and efficient recycling method moderate running costs are guaranteed.
